I started in the call center industry way back in 2008 as a customer service and technical support representative. In those years, I handled international accounts via phone and chat channels. Bringing my customer service niche, I switched to a work-from-home setup way back in 2020. As a VA, I worked as a fraud and process specialist for an e-commerce account, customer support for a healthcare account, and most recently, as an intake specialist for a law firm.
