I am currently the General manager of Aluglaze Systems, Inc. here in the Philippines. Aluglaze is a manufacturing company that specializes in the delivery and installation of aluminum and glass products such as windows, doors and shower enclosures. I oversee all the processes from sending quotations to delivery and installation of the product. I am also in charge of finance, HR, purchasing, and production teams. During this time, I have honed my organizational and leadership skills which my company had great success with.
