I’m a people-first recruiter and operations professional with 7+ years of experience spanning talent acquisition, HR, community building, and strategy. My journey has taken me from sourcing and placing top-tier talent across tech and non-tech roles to designing scalable recruitment systems and leading cross-functional projects that improve how organizations attract, engage, and retain talent.

I’ve managed full-cycle recruitment for U.S.-based clients, screened and placed hundreds of candidates, and streamlined hiring pipelines using tools like Manatal, Greenhouse, Airtable, and Recruit CRM. Whether working with startups or established firms, I bring a thoughtful approach to each stage of the hiring process — blending data-driven decisions with human-centered candidate experiences.

At SAND Technologies and ALX Africa, I played key roles in growing and supporting a community of over 70,000 alumni. I launched initiatives like JobShop to increase job placement outcomes, coordinated high-impact events, and developed talent strategies that translated into measurable results. My ability to work across departments — from data teams to HR to operations — has helped me develop a systems mindset while never losing sight of the people at the center of the work.

Beyond recruitment, I’ve led business operations, managed communications, delivered strategic plans, and ghostwritten books for executives — experiences that have sharpened my writing, research, and project management skills.
