I'm Dele, a seasoned Technical Administrator, Web Developer, and Web Designer currently based in Dalaman, Turkey. Originally from the UK, I moved here for a more relaxed lifestyle. With over 25 years of experience, I specialize in technical support and virtual environment management, including VMware, vSphere, and Hyper-V.

Beyond support, I’ve set up and managed an ITIL-based service desk for a large user base of over 1,000 employees, focusing on creating a friendly and solution-oriented customer experience. I combine my support skills with deep expertise in PHP, MySQL, HTML, as well as network administration, router and switch management, Active Directory, SQL, and Exchange, having previously managed a substantial part of our network infrastructure.

I prioritize a client-focused approach that emphasizes understanding customer needs and solving problems efficiently. When I'm not providing technical support, I’m immersed in design, where I’ve successfully deployed, maintained, and troubleshooted websites and services for two established businesses.
