I am an experience customer support personnel with over 4 years experience in the call center environment where activities such as inbound and outbound calls are handled as well as live chat and email channels of customer support.
I am knowledgeable in tools used in building front end web designs such as HTML5 CSS3 and JavaScript.
I have also taken courses on IT support fundamentals on Coursera. I can also work virtually on telemarketing and telesales task or projects.
My strong skill set is troubleshooting due to my call center experience where it is a must to ask the right questions and get the customers language of need and satisfy the customer which also bridges the tech gap for so many people who love technology but are finding it quite difficult to leverage on.
