Summary
I am a driven and active individual. I enjoy helping other people to improve themselves and their
knowledge. I have been an IT Administrator for many years. I enjoy new challenges, my first
challenge in starting any new position is to get the IT department on track, to ensure policies and
procedures are in place, as well as to ensure that all equipment is inventoried and in good working
order. I have extensive analytical and software experience of investigating and diagnosing
hardware, software and network problems, I am also multi-talented with good all-round skills,
which includes good planning and administration of tasks and projects. I can develop and maintain

Nursery school Care Worker | Multichoice Montesorri school | July 2003 – Aug 2005 I helped to
take care of the 3-month -1-year old’s in the baby class. We would teach the babies how to play
with the toys, help them learn to walk using the right toys, we would feed, change them and put
them down for naps. We would play with them with educational toys to help stimulate them,
especially large motor skills, and to help them learn through play. I also sourced and equipped
the classroom with educational toys and maintained safety within the classroom and play area. I
also looked after a down syndrome 8-year-old once a week during my time at the school.
Au pair | UK London | March 2001 – February 2003 I worked for two families during my two
years in the UK. The first family I worked for I was with them for 11 months, and I looked after a
girl of 10 and a boy of 7, I took them to school every morning and fetch them from school in the
afternoon, I helped them with homework and entertained them Monday – Saturday. I ran errands
like washing, cooking and shopping, for the family and children. The second family I worked for
a full year. I looked after 3 children, the eldest daughter was 12 and in high school, I would help
her with homework in the afternoons. The son was 9 and the youngest daughter was 13 months,
I would walk the son to school and back and help him with homework in the afternoons. I looked
after the 13-month-old daughter all day, we would play games, read books, sing songs, and visit
friends, go to playgroup. I would cook the children supper every weeknight before their parents
got home for work for the day. I also become the neighbourhood babysitter and babysat for
about 6 other families who were friends with the family.
