I am a driven and active individual. I enjoy helping other people to improve themselves and their knowledge. I have been an IT Administrator for many years. I enjoy new challenges, my first challenge in starting any new position is to get the IT department on track, to ensure policies and procedures are in place, as well as to ensure that all equipment is inventoried and in good working order. I have extensive analytical and software experience of investigating and diagnosing hardware, software and network problems, I am also multi-talented with good all-round skills, which includes good planning and administration of tasks and projects. I can develop and maintain close working relationships with other support and development teams. Have the personal drive to deliver a service that exceeds the expectations of colleagues and end users through a positive, well-structured and organised work ethic.
