I am a Business Analyst with experience enabling process improvement and transformation in diverse environments. I have a great deal of experience with elicitation, requirements, process, data, and documentation analysis, including user stories, business cases, use cases, and gap analyses.

I have successfully liaised with a variety of stakeholders, clients, and vendors. I am excellent at solving problems and communicating effectively. I have utilised Visio to map current and future process flow diagrams and collaborated with teams remotely on Slack, Jira, and Office 365.

I am skilled in data analysis and visualisation using Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, and SQL.
