●     Responsible for serving the executive team of our company. This includes special projects and daily actions to help the executive team be more productive and focus on serving our clients.

●     Clinical transcription and documentation

●     Data Entry

●     Insurance Benefit Verification

●     Preparing Medical Records

●     Handling incoming and outgoing emails

●     Attaching client records to the EMR.

●     Assists the clinical staff in documenting their notes so they can be signed quickly and the notes are of great quality and compliance.

●     Responsible for facilitating the process of getting new patient information entered and making sure that the administrative process of a patient’s care is fully handled with correctness and speed during their full course of care from the beginning to end including financial aspects of their case.

Assists with maintaining our outsourced billing relationship. This will include but is not limited to, making sure that our AR is being worked on, and working on tasks assigned to allow billing to go out.
