I am a freelancer with a solid background in Customer Service for 6 years in the BPO industry and a total of 2 years in the freelance industry. I have worked with several accounts and projects that enabled me to hone my skills and learned new ones in the process. I am a team player, dependable, organized, can work with minimal supervision and independently and hard working. One thing that I am proud of is my ability to learn quickly and has no qualms in communicating with my employer.
