8+ years doing customer services roles, such as healthcare, sales, techs support, chat , fundraising, surveyor roles, etc. my biggest kill is, leadership ; because i am the one people would come too when needing advice, motivating them that its more to life you just have to believe on yourself , with me having this skill , it involves me having empathy to let them know that someone does know how it feels, and with that you got to have communication another skill of mine. I am very detail oriented , i pay very close attention to everything. I great at being an active listener, i like to figure things out when someone is concerned about something , only way for me to understand what the issue is i always ask questions pertaining to that person issue. I like to be able to give he right answer / close enough answer / advice so they wont feel alone/let out. Overall my roles in the customer service environment , my experience is great.
