My Aim:
Perform freelance technical writing, editing, and proof-reading work.
What I Do:
I am a Technical Writer who likes to provide people with great product user experiences; through simple, clear content that speaks to them in their own language and viewpoint as end users.
I write, illustrate, manage, and publish content to document products in all industries, from software to satellite systems. I create product specifications & descriptions, online help & FAQs, release notes, installation & user guides, quick-start & reference guides, tutorials & training materials, operation & maintenance manuals, and PowerPoint slides & video storyboards.
I enjoy tech writing because my work enables me to learn a great deal about technology. And, I especially appreciate working with creative people who produce state-of-the-art technology.
My Background:
I am an architectural technologist, but no longer practice as one.
