I've been working remotely on distributed teams for over a decade and have the motivation, initiative, and discipline to #GSD on time.

In my volunteer position as Group Commissioner with Scouts Canada, I came into a group with no documentation, processes or systems, so I took the initiative to create new procedural documents, checklists, onboarding campaigns, and file storage solutions to ensure that our group processes were less resource-intensive which has led to faster onboarding of volunteers and it’s freed up the time of our Scouters to focus on delivering mission-impacting programming.

Among my friends and colleagues, I’m known as the person who can pick up the pieces, no matter what amount of you-know-what hits the fan. But it’s not just my background in customer service, management and extensive experience with new online businesses. I’m passionate about helping people and I’m driven to provide high quality work.
