I’m Dawn Lanoue, a highly organized and proactive professional with a strong background in customer service, scheduling, and administrative support. Over the past several years, I’ve cultivated a diverse range of experiences that have equipped me with the tools to thrive in fast-paced, client-centered environments.

My journey into service-oriented work began with Rover, where I built a thriving business as a dog walker and pet sitter. I developed strong relationships with clients, managed changing schedules, and learned the importance of clear communication, dependability, and attention to detail. Managing everything from bookings and calendar coordination to invoicing and marketing gave me hands-on experience in small business operations.

I later took on a front-facing role as Front Desk Coordinator at Boulevard Fitness, where I was the first point of contact for members and prospects. I scheduled appointments, handled customer inquiries, and helped increase membership revenue through warm, authentic interactions. My ability to streamline daily operations and maintain a clean, organized space contributed to a welcoming environment that kept members coming back.

Currently, I work remotely with Foodja, supporting delivery operations and ensuring seamless service for clients. This role has sharpened my ability to communicate efficiently with both internal teams and external customers while staying organized and responsive under tight timelines. I’ve proven myself to be a reliable and adaptable team player who gets things done while maintaining a strong customer focus.

I’m comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and Calendly, and I learn new platforms quickly. I’m someone who enjoys bringing order to chaos and helping others stay on track with their goals. Whether it’s managing calendars, supporting sales follow-up, handling customer communication, or researching information online, I take pride in doing thoughtful, detail-driven work.

Outside of work, I’m a big fan of live music and traveling. This not only fuels my love for events and entertainment but gives me a deep understanding of what great service looks like from a customer’s perspective.
