I help you handle customer claims and advise cross functional teams to resolve complex problems. I love research and can spend hours analysing information on any subject, organizing the data neatly into digestible forms.

In my spare time, I am a Trustee of the Board of Directors of the Flute Theatre Company where I play a primary role in advising and managing theatre operations.
