Before becoming a virtual assistant, I spent eight years supporting a telecommunication giant in the USA. I transitioned to retail and e-commerce in 2017 continuing my role as a team manager. I finally decided to start my career as a virtual professional in 2022 where I worked as a phone concierge and virtual assistant for a property management company.
