I've worked for 7 years at an electronics store and during that time I had a lot of responsibilities. I consulted with sales and marketing reps to gather information about products and services and discussed advertising. Additionally, I provided technical support during software installations or configurations, managed schedules, and kept data banks updated.
I also supervised and trained new staff by scheduling and organizing training material. Work schedules, calendars, and commitments were my responsibility, as well as record-keeping of stock, personnel, orders, and supplies. When customers called in, I answered their inquiries, took messages, or transferred them to the appropriate person. I also handled client service claims or collections by conducting activities like merchandise exchange, money reimbursement, and account adjustments.
One of the reasons I had so many duties was that my ex-boss is from China and didn't live in the country.
I'm also passionate about PCs and enjoy video, audio, and image editing.
