🛠️ QA & LiveOps Roots: With over a decade of QA and live service testing experience in the game and tech industries, I’ve led teams through product launches, incident management, bug triage, and sprint planning. I’ve supported dev teams, tested across platforms, and ensured player and customer trust by delivering stable, polished experiences.

🌞 Entrepreneurial Detour: I spent six years running a successful solar installation company—wearing all the hats (marketing, logistics, operations) while learning firsthand how to lead with clarity, empathy, and results.

🎮 Return to Games & Support: Most recently, I returned to QA and player support in mobile game development, leading CS strategy, writing documentation, and supporting live releases. I’ve also re-immersed myself in modern tools (Helpshift, Jira, Unity, Jenkins) and love combining tech-savviness with customer care.
