- Re-positioned CMA Communications from a rural cable TV company into a diverse, digital,
broadband firm offering B2C and B2B services. Revenue increased +100% over 5 years and
the business was divested in 2013.
- Simplified multiple Allstate Roadside B2B2C partnerships into clean and simple Allstate
Roadside, including AARP Roadside – which became the 3rd largest roadside program in the
US with 1MM+ members. 2014 – 2021. Eliminated outdated ‘Allstate Motor Club’ presence.
Integrated Marketing.
- Through Media Mix modeling and rigorous testing, diversified Treace Medical's $20MM annual
spend on owned, social, earned, and paid mix in late 2022 – setting a path for record patient
inquiry performance in 2023.
- Aligned $70MM annual ADT spend to gain message consistency and market alignment in
2014 – yielding 250,000 annual leads – a new company record.
1:1 Marketing and CRM.
- Established new and innovative Allstate Roadside 1-touch email competency – quickly driving
10% of new customer volume via cross-selling across 10MM Allstate Auto insured base.

Increased HubSpot leads by 3X to 500K at Treace Medical, launching mass and triggered
email and SMS programs that became the best conversion channels for establishing initial
surgeon appointments.
Media Channel optimization.
- Migrated Allstate Roadside membership from declining response/high cost offline (mostly DM)
to high converting digital mix. By the end of 2019, 85% of new memberships were via digital
channels.
- Improved mix of digital channels and media mix allocation lowered Treace Medical cost per
lead from $200+ to $75 in 2023.
Web design, optimization, and conversion
- Introduced the Allstate Roadside mobile website (digital rescues) that received the 2016 CIO
100 Business Award in the customer experience category.
- As an executive ‘on loan’ to Morton Arboretum, set up baseline tracking KPI and foundation
that led to UX re-design of https://mortonarb.org/
- Expanded the functionality of ‘Patient Inquiry’ at Treace Medical – increasing lead forms by 4X
in 2023 to 80,000.
Development and management of contact/call centers
- Consolidated inbound call functionality from twelve standalone retail locations into a single,
productive, call center at CMA Communications (2008).
- Using advanced analytics, optimized 20+ inbound and digital channels toward a healthy mix of
inbound- digital response to produce a significant conversion increase with ADT home security,
- Launched a new contact/call center with Treace Medical in 2022 which converted 30%+ of
patient inquiries into confirmed, scheduled, surgeon consultations.
