I've worked as a Customer Service Representative Tier 2 with Convergys for 2 years. As a level 2 representative, I focused on escalated requests. I am trained to make sure that I provide an elevated customer experience to generate a loyal clientele. I also worked for JP Morgan Chase as a Fraud Specialist for about a year. My task was to ensure that our customers receive the best fraud detection and protection in the industry. Lastly, I worked with QBE for 5 months as a General Admin - Field Officer. I am extensively trained to determine customer needs and provide appropriate solutions through relationship building communication skills. I am a fast and accurate learner, with a keen eye for detail and I should be very grateful for the opportunity to be part of any company. I am able to take on the responsibility of any customer service related position immediately, and have the enthusiasm and determination to ensure that I make a success of it.
