My name is Darwin Kelly Gayo, I was part of a payment processing company dealing with Pos terminals and Web-based Pos portals being an Account Sales Manager. I was with a team dedicated to assist dealers doing payments and activations for certain telco carriers. Processing orders, installing necessary applications, conducting training for their WebPos on how make it work properly and efficiently and providing them monthly sales reports via email for them to be up-to-date of their profit and sales. In addition to this, I am receiving and doing outbound calls to reach client or dealers, answering their questions and assisting them on other related concerns. My career path did not turned out that I wanted it but it did provide me opportunities on other field such as being a customer service representative where I can exercise my communication skills, my technical skills and also collaborative skills with different sets of people. This made me try to go out of my comfort zone and try to venture on a new field where I can maximize my skills and talents. I have a rich 8 years of experience working with a BPO company, 6 years and 2 years under different companies respectively. I believe you should hire me because I have the necessary skills that you need to your company, I am already adept in handling a lot of different people in different kinds of scenarios and backgrounds, having to be part of a company that is always on-the-go everyday, we have been trained to bring correct judgment and only need minimal instructions from our clients. I also have worked shift from different time frames so I am fully versatile with schedule changes. I am a fast learner and is eager to learn new things.
