I have several years of solid work experience in customer service, dealing with customers, clients and bosses, coordinating with different departments within the organization as well as external institutions, performing administrative duties and handling multiple tasks.

Addition to that, I do have extensive exposure working in call centers and business process outsourcing companies wherein I have handled US accounts T-Mobile, RealDose Nutrition, WAHU, Comcast and Vitaver and Associates.

I also have experience in doing customer service tasks through different medium (phone, email and chat), order processing, billing, collections, payments and refund processes.

I have provided customer support via phone, email and chat using Zendesk, Resolve Liveperson,Zoipm, snapengage and Skype. I have experience with phone system as Eyebeam and Zoiper. I am also knowledgeable in Interpsire,and other Online shopping carts.

I also performed administrative duties such as order processing, refunds and returns processing, doing verification, making follow-up calls, coordinating with logistics companies, carriers and suppliers, documentation and exporting orders in Excel, adding of products and other ad duties that could be assigned to me.

I am also a rock star telemarketer and appointment setter. And a very efficient and organized VA.
