I am Darlene Mae, married with one child. During my stay at SM Supermarket, I am very responsible for the following tasks:

-interact with a diverse customer base in person and telephonically

-provide detailed information on services and products to customers

-recommend service and product options to meet customer needs

-demonstrate service standards

-manage service, products, and complaints

-conduct customer satisfaction surveys 

-maintain records of all customer interactions and transactions

-produce weekly and monthly reports for management

-achieve performance objectives in all areas consistently

-conducted customer service orientations and monthly meetings

Also, I have known for being diligent, reliable who works well under pressure and with less supervision. A fast learner and continuously desiring for personal growth.

Last October 2017, I resigned from my job for my family. And for me to clearly lives out my life's purpose in any aspect whether it's spiritual, emotional or financial, I wanted to start a new career at home. I enrolled at Filipino Virtual Assistance Academy for freelancing course to enhance my skills and learn new things especially on how to be a freelancer. As a newbie in this virtual world I will stand on my mission that I will be able to meet my clients' expectations and remain open and accept every learning, good or bad that I will live through as a wife and work-at-home mom with this objective to value family, good stewardship and intentional living.
