Within only 2 years in the BPO industry, I have experienced being promoted to Trainer and was exposed to administrative tasks as well as direct client reporting/communication. Prior to that, I was only ever a voice and non voice technical support/customer service representative for an online marketplace and a telco company. I've acted as a Team Lead and support for a team of agents that I've handled in my previous company. I've also been part of QA calibrations and was tasked to take part in doing audits as well for a newly launched campaign. I was exposed to amazon marketplace, social media management, lead generation, web designing, and other b2b services.
