I have been working in the industry for 4 years now: 2 years in the BPO, 2 years and counting as a Virtual Assistant. My experiences are as follows:
Customer Service
- My first ever job was in a BPO company here in the Philippines as a Customer Support. It was a US based business, focusing in stocks and trading.
- I can say that I've been doing this job-Customer Service, for the past 4 years, up until now, and still loving the hang of it! This taught me everything I know about Customer Support: customer handling, managing expectations and feedbacks, providing resolutions and exceeding their satisfactions all at the same time. This helped me with my expertise in chat, email and phone support.
- Tools I've used: Zendesk, Salesforce, Google CRM, Confluence, Jira
Onboarding (Virtual Assistant)
- This skill is something I really enjoy and comfortable to work on, on a daily basis. Since I am fond with communicating to different people, my tasks are mostly customer handling but this time, from a global perspective, database management, onboarding new customers, and the rest are automation, which what the company is known for: RFP automation.

E-Commerce (Virtual Assistant)
- With 1 year of experience in this line of business, I can say that this definitely is something that I really hoped I get to learn in my career, and I did! My day to day job consists of: of course, Customer Support, handling their inquiries about their Shopify orders and replying through Google Mail and Front CRM, order processing, returns, refunds, updates and customization.

Executive Assistant (Virtual Assistant)
- I supported the Real Estate Leader with his daily tasks: calendar management, inbox management (inbox zero), email and phone support, handling his Follow Up Boss account, managing leads, travel arrangements and other executive tasks.
