I'd been a call center agent for 3 years and handle technical support, customer service and sales account. With the three largest internet and cable provider in US which are Telstra, Comcast and Time Warner. Also i handle Samsung mobile phone technical support, with my years of experience in the BPO industries i am used to shifting schedule, and i am a hardworking person. I do technical support to internet and cable services as well as updating customer's information in our data base and most important is providing excellent customer service.
