I have a great experience in system administration, network architecture and user support.

During my first work at ESCWA as 1st level Support Help Desk. I acquired a strong technical experience in the international workplace. My responsibilities were to install, configure and troubleshoot UN-standard Software and to respond and solve user’s IT related issues. This experience provided me with a strong technical background and improved my IT skills.

As of my job at CapInfo, it was a new management experience that accomplished my previous technical skills. I implemented a lot of management procedures from what I learned at ESCWA. I demonstrated and assisted my team members to be professional, efficient, motivated to elaborate our skills and looking forward to achieving results and respecting deadlines.

As of my last job at Rim. My role was administering and maintaining all the company's IT related services like servers, routers, antivirus, supervision systems… This experience was an added value to my career. I learned to manage my time efficiently while working under pressure, to schedule and prioritize problems handling.

Since then I’ve been into learning and practicing coding and web development. I completed the AWS Cloud Quest: Cloud Practitioner. I am passionate about learning and improving my skills.
