I'm Colombian but currently living in Florida, USA, with excellent English and Spanish language professional skills.

Through my ability to identify new suppliers, Team Player, Subcontracts / Procurement Operations skills, SCM control, warehouse management, Supply Chain Operations and workflow prioritization, agree on terms and negotiate supply agreements, I appear to meet all of your requirements as a candidate. I will do this by providing the leadership required to drive key procurement initiatives and by building effective relationships within existing supplier networks. At my current place of work, I am mainly in charge of negotiating and completing contracts/subcontracts / Purchasing with complex suppliers and supply chain agreements. I work with colleagues to develop measurable targets that define success, carry out detailed comparisons of quotes and tap business opportunities in both new and established markets. • Resolve procurement, Supply Chain and Logistics issues quickly and effectively.
• Maintain a database of suitable vendors.
• Part of but not limited to US Government, Fuel, Africap, GPOI, NATO, UN Bids / Proposals Team.
• Use my knowledge of supervisory practices, procedures, and techniques to manage a large team.
• Working knowledge of FAR, Grants (GUC) with USAID, OFDA, DOD, INL and DOS.
• Have More than 17 years of working inside the supply chain environment in countries not limited to Colombia, USA, Afghanistan, Somalia, Liberia, East / West Africa, UAE, Djibouti and Uganda.
