I’m a multidisciplinary professional with over a decade of experience bridging the worlds of architecture, IT systems, and product development. My journey began as an architect and BIM specialist, where I honed skills in AutoCAD, Revit, and multidisciplinary project coordination, delivering work for major global brands like Nike, McDonald’s, and Victoria’s Secret.

In recent years, I’ve transitioned into the world of tech and digital products, where I’ve combined my problem-solving mindset and leadership skills with IT infrastructure, cloud services (Firebase, Google Workspace), and no-code/low-code development tools. I’m currently leading the development of SRTDBrasil, a SaaS platform for client and appointment management tailored for Brazilian entrepreneurs. From user research to wireframes, MVP testing, and AI integration, I’ve worn multiple hats to ensure efficient, user-friendly solutions.

I’m fluent in Portuguese and English, with working knowledge of Spanish, and have hands-on experience working with international teams. My strengths include strategic planning, UX-focused product design, onboarding, customer support optimization, and systems integration (Google Calendar, WhatsApp Business API, OCR, and authentication systems).
