I worked 10 months for a janitorial company based in Arizona, as a virtual assistant.
From May of 2023 to December 2023, I did it through UpWork. Then, on December 2023 I got hired directly by the company, and worked with them until March 2024.
At that position I helped the Founder & President of the company by: sending quotes/proposals to potential clients, checking and replying his emails, scheduling appointments and making sure his calendar is up to date. I also set up reminders and made weekly reports based on how the team was doing.
Regarding my skills, I speak English and Spanish, I have a bachelor’s degree in international business with a focus in Marketing, I have good writing skills in both languages, and I also have +5-years experience as a community manager.
When it comes to platforms, I have learned how to use Keap, ClientPoint and Office 365.I have to note that I am also fast at learning how to use new tools and at implementing new protocols.
