My previous Customer Service role is a Technical Support Representative at Concentrix, particularly for Dish Network for 2 years and 7 months. In this role, I was responsible for assisting customers with technical issues related to their Dish Network services, such as satellite TV, internet, and related equipment. This role might have involved troubleshooting technical problems, providing step-by-step guidance for resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. One of my achievement as Technical Support Representative is being a Top Agent for a quarter of the year(2020). And I also work for VXI as a Sales Representative specifically for AT&T for almost 5 months. As a AT&T Sales Representative, my primary responsibilities would involve promoting and selling AT&T's products and services, such as wireless plans, internet packages, television services, and related offerings. My role is to engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the sales process. One of my Achievement was being a top 3 sports seller for the NFL channel. And I also achieve being top 5 seller of wireless plans for AT&T high sales performance often correlates with high levels of customer satisfaction, as customers trust your recommendations and service. And then I also used to work as a Customer Care Representative for Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, this time at ALORICA for 3 years and 10 months. My roles and responsibilities was be specialized within the healthcare and insurance industry. Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield is a health insurance provider, so my primary focus would be on assisting members with their healthcare-related inquiries and concerns such as their eligibility, benefits and claims of their health insurance. And this healthcare account covers 13 states of America. I became top agent of the year (2017).
