I am Daniel Arias, a former Contact Center Supervisor, represented various accounts like Macys, Wellpoint, Time Warner Cable, Comcast, Macys. I am very much interested in applying for the eCommerce Customer Service specialist position. I have worked with Convergys for almost 7 years and had the position of a Team Lead for 4 years.
I am an excellent customer service representative. I worked with several accounts that handle inbound/outbound/research/chat for 9 years. As a supervisor, I am proficient using Microsoft word, excel, presentation and applications such as Freshdesk, CRM, Asana , Zendesk and Shopify. I am also experienced in learning and excelling at new technologies as needed.
I am very attentive to details. With my previous position, I was equipped with customer service skills that supported accounts for technical support, billing and sales. I was able to handle positive and negative feedback from customers and have them get back right on track.
I finished my college at the University of Mindanao with the bachelor’s degree in Commerce-Business Management.
I see myself three-five years from now managing my team of virtual assistants serving the company I worked with.
I have sacrificed my successful career as a call center supervisor to be with my family and started as virtual assistant.
