I lead AI driven sales enablement and go-to-market programs that help revenue teams ramp faster, sell more consistently, and spend less time hunting for the right information. I do this by combining enablement strategy with hands-on platform operations so the content, tooling, and workflows actually work in the flow of selling.

At a high level, I design enablement systems that make sellers successful: onboarding and ramp, role-based learning paths, playbooks, messaging frameworks, and the operating cadence that keeps it all current as products and markets change. I’ve done this in large, complex environments, including roles at PayPal and Crestron Electronics, partnering closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Go-to-market, RevOps, and leadership to turn strategy into programs that scale. My focus is always seller experience—clear guidance, minimal friction, and measurable outcomes.

I also specialize in the infrastructure behind modern enablement: content governance, information architecture, and the metadata/taxonomy work that makes knowledge searchable, reusable, and trusted. Practically, that means building standards for how content is created, tagged, reviewed, retired, and recommended so reps aren’t overwhelmed with duplicates and outdated decks. I’ve led and supported implementations and adoption of core enablement and sales productivity platforms, including Seismic, Showpad, Hubspot, Salesforce, Mindtickle, and Gong, aligning the systems with the way sellers actually work.
