I have experience as a customer support In which my role involves providing customer with informations, answer their questions and resolve any problems that they may face, being the first point of contact to the customers, being patient and empathetic during their contact and making sure their request are met. Also I have worked as a call center sales manager in which my role also involves making outbound calls to customer daily inorder to convince them to get out products and make sales. I good knowledge of CRM tools like Leadvertex, Freshdesk, Zendesk to mention a few I can also make use of Google meet, Zoom and google calendar.
