Damilola Adepitan

My career began as a Product Manager for a startup, where I was responsible for overseeing the execution of various tasks that contributed to the development of a product. This role involved conducting initial market analyses, developing project plans, and monitoring progress while balancing scope, schedule, and resources. My success in this position eventually led to my current role as an Executive Assistant to the CEO of Bydow Pharmacy.

In this role, I manage email correspondence, travel logistics, and meeting scheduling. Given my background in pharmacy, I also serve as the liaison between our company and pharmaceutical and HMO organizations, ensuring that clinical processes align with industry standards and meet our company’s requirements. By Q2 2024, I had completed over 500 high-level tasks, which showcased my commitment to excellence and efficiency.

In addition to these responsibilities, my current role at Alliance 4 Healthy Africa has further honed my project management skills, allowing me to better organize and prioritize tasks within a corporate environment. These experiences have equipped me with a well-rounded skill set that makes me well-suited for this position. I’m confident that my background in project management and executive support positions me as a strong candidate for this role.
