Career summary
In the projects, I worked so far I successfully combined the role of the first person to contact for customers, their
partners, and board members while staying the member of a development team by participating in day-to-day
discussions and value building.
On a daily basis, I facilitate clients’ business goals and KPIs by making them mine and d
ecomposing into achievable
and measurable steps. Part of this process is keeping head above the surface of the newest technologies and thanks
to that I’m able to provide quick feasibility recommendations at the early stage of requirements gathering.
As a member of the development team, I lead the internal process focused on tracing and fixing bottlenecks. I am
experienced in assigning on-the-go members of the team to tasks to reflect the dynamic of business goals. As a
business representative in the development team, I am not afraid of making quick decisions according to business
goals to keep the work uninterrupted.

Side projects
For some time I was wrangling with data while learning the basics of Machine Learning. Here are so-far published
results: Does tipsy sommelier rate higher? and a follow-up What else influences wine rates?
As I really believe that to be a successful manager I have to know some basics, here’s my GitHub with attempts to
learn JS, python, and other programming skills.

Record of related professional positions
UNIT9 | 3.2020 - NOW
Industries: Digital experience, e-commerce, experimental.
Production coordinator, technical leader.
As a production coordinator I work closely with the head of production, executive directors, producers and tech
leaders I’m managing the company’s production team. I’m responsible for all production activities, ensuring that
resources are distributed to ensure the continuity of work and efficient workflows across the organization. I deliver it
by assigning appropriately skilled internal and freelance staff in a dynamic environment. My work spans across
different time zones and with multiple teams collaterally. I’m a SPOC in case of escalations and team negotiations.
As a technical leader I provide sales and business development representatives with quick feasibility studies of
pitches they work on. I’m trusted to negotiate what’s possible and align designed experience/product with timeline
and budget expected by the client. My service covers preparing detailed feature split and pricing.
A stack of tools used:JIRA, Teamdeck, draw.io, G-suite, Google Cloud Platform.
YND Consult GmbH | 6.2019 - 5.2020
Industries: Fintech, e-commerce.
Technical project manager, business analyst, product owner.
Within the role taken at YND were responsibilities external to the employer like being support, contact and account
manager for clients as well as internal like product owner, business/IT analyst and technical manager. Covering such
a vast area gave a well-balanced set of skills and ability to easily change hats depending on project and client’s
requirements.
A stack of tools used: JIRA, Confluence, draw.io, Sentry, Datadog, Calamari, POEditor, Sketch, Zeplin, Figma, InVision.
E-commerce for a food brand
During the project for a client from Germany, I am a product owner of four product backlogs with a combined
roadmap for 2 years. As a business/system analyst, I maintain a high-level description as well as technical
specifications of developed services. As a project manager, I facilitate cooperation between the company I work for
as well as third parties involved in the projects I’m responsible for. It covered negotiating requirements as well as
orchestrating releases to meet business-specific timeframes.
The focus point of the project is a
mobile application with ~10 million active users monthly.
From the perspective of a person responsible for a development team, I d
ynamically assign team members to
different streams to reflect business priorities. While delivering the client’s year goal in less than half of a year I
successfully used the walking skeleton as well as the MVP approach to assure roll out of the feature scope aimed as
the goal.
Lending platform
A platform offering a non-standard approach to lending and collecting had been developed for a client from
Singapore. I joined the ongoing project with a short-term goal to harness the development process. From the day
one, I introduced the scrum framework and rebuilt the backlog to a manageable form. In the next steps, I introduced
the process of coaching the external team by the internal and solved lacking communication by leveraging online
tools for collaboration and enforcing transparency, regular communication and no-waits approach. When I left the
project, the whole team was working on a common backlog and was communicating on a daily basis.
I hereby agree for processing my personal data, included in my job offer, for the purpose of recruitment (as defined in the Act
of August 29, 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data (Journal of Laws No. 133, item 883).
TVN S.A. | 9.2015 - 4.2019
Industries: Entertainment, digital advertisement, online services.
Project manager, delivery manager, business analyst.
Multiple projects led collaterally for different organization units. Managing stakeholders and backlog for both
external (remote) and internal development teams. I acted a lead role in two redesign processes which evolved to
2-years of business-as-usual development projects. Two main functions carried during this time were project
manager and business analyst. In practice, the duties were spanning also on managing releases and being a
facilitator for expanding horizons on how the technology can be implemented within the existing business processes.
A stack of tools used: JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, New Relic, Sketch.
Order management/flow system
The square one was a fully manual order managing process. The first need was t o introduce a grown-up
order-flow-class system aimed to harness business processes and make them accountable and transparent across
the whole organization. On top of that, the ecosystem was built giving business t ools for automated billing, reporting
and control processes.
The 4-year transformation process delivered five systems enhancing business capabilities and armed the
organization to introduce programmatic stack tools for advertisement selling. As multiple products were built, both
Kanban and Scrum frameworks were used during the delivery.
Electronic invoice introduction
In this project, led in a waterfall fashion, the main challenge was to update 2-year-old requirements and perform its
feasibility study. The burning issue was about 5% of clients generating around 70% of invoices monthly. Each of the
invoices was processed manually. The suggested way around was to build a system harnessing this spike by
focusing on the highest-volume clients.
From a technical perspective, the built solution had to i ntegrate with existing SAP and document storing solutions.
News and health online services
A business goal for both services was to quickly establish performant CMS capable of serving content in line with
the most up-to-date SEO directives. The first service was built from scratch, while the second had a long history of
content and features that had to be migrated. Each of them was developed by a different company with features
trimmed to specific needs. That put me in the role of coordinator between two vendors and business people. During
that time, I tightly cooperated with SEO and machine learning teams on building solutions increasing visibility and
cross-linking services. As a result, the whole solution had been seen as leading in that area across the whole
company. One of those services reached gains of 120 - 140% in TOP3 keywords after deploying the initial phase of
the project.
Orange, Netia | 5.2011 - 8.2015
Industry: Telecommunication
Developer, systems administrator, team leader
Before jumping to the project management path, for over four years I worked as a developer and maintenance team
member, later as a leader. This time grounded my profound understanding of IT processes, software development
process and gave me practical knowledge about large-scale systems operations.
A stack of tools/technologies used: Zabbix, bash, BMC remedy, Visual Basic, Java, SQL

Hobby
I really do enjoy cycling, so probably the first of “soft” questions during the review will be is there a possibility to park
a bicycle close to the office. The second attitude I cannot get rid of is shooting photos, a mirrorless camera when
possible, and the mobile phone all the time.
