Damian Drewulski

In the projects, I worked so far I successfully combined the role of the first person to contact for customers, their partners, and board members while staying the member of a development team by participating in day-to-day discussions and value building. 

On a daily basis, I facilitate clients’ business goals and KPIs by making them mine and decomposing into achievable and measurable steps. Part of this process is keeping head above the surface of the newest technologies and thanks to that I’m able to provide quick feasibility recommendations at the early stage of requirements gathering.

As a member of the development team, I lead the internal process focused on tracing and fixing bottlenecks. I am experienced in assigning on-the-go members of the team to tasks to reflect the dynamic of business goals. As a business representative in the development team, I am not afraid of making quick decisions according to business goals to keep the work uninterrupted.
