I am a people-focused and enthusiastic HR professional with a diverse background spanningTalent Acquisition, HR Operations, hospitality, and retail sales. My experiences have helped me develop a well-rounded skill set, with strengths in communication, team coordination, employee engagement, and recruitment strategy.

Currently, I am part of the HR – Talent Acquisition team at Baxture, where I am responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates across various technical roles. I collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure the hiring process is both effective and candidate-friendly. This role has sharpened my skills in stakeholder management, market mapping, and full-cycle recruitment, especially in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Prior to this, I worked with First Door Realty LLP in HR & Operations, where I handled employee relations, operations coordination, and engagement initiatives. My efforts helped improve internal communication, streamline onboarding processes, and boost team morale through consistent and meaningful engagement activities.
