Daisy Masagca

For 8 years now, I am working with one of the Top BPO Company here in the Philippines. I had 2 years working experience in Accounts Payable and 6 years as a Payroll Accountant. We are providing Financial Services to Shell Businesses located in Europe, North America & Southeast Asia.

I handled various process migration from different Shell Businesses to Manila with minimum supervision and had executed it successfully and without any audit findings.

Working in a BPO, I had to quickly learn new systems, tools, and processes on a regular basis. This trained me to become a fast learner and resilient person at the same time.With the diverse culture and different stakeholder engagement that I had experienced, I know I can communicate well and deliver results for companies success.

I initiated and introduce an SD-DMAIC project that shortens a manual calculation of staff thus add value for companies cost efficiency.

I graduated from Polytechnic University of the Philippines with Major in Accountancy & Business Law.

I also worked for a Local Company supplying different types of car accessories as a General Accountant, System Integration Analyst, and as an Auditor from 2003 - 2008.

Since I still have now my full-time job, I am currently accepting a part-time job for maximum efficient service. And hope I could be a full-time Virtual Professional in 2017!
