I am Daiseree Sencio and I used to work with 3 call centers in the past years. First was Western Wats, we do different kinds of surveys. Second was with Amazon US for Convergys and I assist customers through phone in their shipments. And the last one was Telstra, a telecommunications company in Australia. I also assist customers on their bills. I have worked as a Virtual Assistant for an Amazon seller as well. Helping him manage his Amazon seller central account and answer customer emails. I was also a Customer service representative online for Limebikes wherein we answer chats and emails from the riders using Zendesk. Lastly I worked for a Shopify seller as a customer service representative, I assist customers through Gorgias chat and email and help them with any concern about their orders.
