I have one-year background in BS in Accounting Technology and two-year background in BS in Computer Science Major in Programming. I’ve been through multiples of workshops and training which have developed my knowledge, abilities, skills, habits, and core values. I worked as a Call Center Agent for almost five years. Working in BPO, I have worked as a Supervisor/Team Leader for a year or so, performing duties and responsibilities beyond an ordinary call center agent. I also worked with Korean students as an English Tutor. With all of these, I can confidently say that I have good communication skills and a good score in public relation which I believe would be a big contribution to become an asset to your organization.
