Hi, I'm Dafna Obadia, I am an expert on Customer Support, specially with e-Commerce. I have been working on Customer Support from the past 6/7 years and I'm quite familiar with ZenDesk, Shopify and many others tools.

I had opportunity to learn that Customer Support is a very important part of a Business and I love working with it because I learned that we have the power to make the difference, not only increasing sales or keeping customer loyalty but mainly helping people and giving them the best, after all, we are all tired of robots that don't solve our situation or people who don't care.

My favorite aspect of working directly with customers is being able to help them achieve a goal. Being able to solve problems and situations in a way that I would love someone to do to me (be nice and patient).

I worked on support with email and chat handling, mostly, but also I could work with phone support.
