I worked in the BPO industry for more than 11 years, (2004 - 2015). I did Outbound, Inbound, Sales, Customer Service and Tech Support. My previous companies included Verizon, Dell, Cigna, Empire Solar Group etc. I also have experience in home based real estate and appointment setter for solar companies. My job includes cold calling prospective sellers, setting appointments, sending text messages to sellers and doing lead generation.
