I started in my current career as a college intern, and have advanced to be a manager when the company was purchased by IBM. Through the years, I have always been part of the operational team, being a subject matter expert for my team of meteorologists. I am able to lead my team to accomplish daily publishing deadlines for our customers with accuracy and efficiency. My team excels in providing customer support and service. In recent years, I have learned HTML and PHP coding without formal training in order to excel in my career and improve the automation processes.
