Allow me to introduce myself. I am a HubSpot Administrator who is well versed in data management and workflow automation. I understand the importance of properly formatted data, data normalization for data conversion, data segmentation and implementation for CRM. I have converted to and from several different CRM platforms over the last 10 years.

I have worked with HubSpot since 2017 and Salesforce since 2003, am familiar with several other CRM applications and very technically oriented. I have implemented, converted, integrated and trained personnel on a variety of CRM applications with a specific emphasis on data cleanliness and hygiene. I have found a way to get around the HubSpot data silos between Companies and Contacts. The result is the ability to pull more flexible, sortable lists for marketing, and the ability to segment them down to a granular level for personalized, targeted marketing messages that resonate and have higher engagement rates.

Inbound Marketing practices - I have 10+ years of experience in Sales and Marketing including campaign management, web landing pages, social media marketing and web forms to capture data from campaigns and have been successful at beating the vertical market averages by a healthy margin consistently. Consistent follow-up at a system of intervals ensures higher returns on your investment.

Lead scoring and Lead Management practices - Being able to develop a pipeline with critical reporting metrics and appropriate KPIs so you can consistently forecast your revenue, and determine if you are improving or not in a certain stage of your pipeline, down to the individual salesperson is a key to your success. Consistently reducing the friction in your sales process keeps sales engaged in sales activities instead of data entry or other activities, keep your team performing. Automated workflows reduce that 'friction' or non-sales activity by automating functions such as follow-up calls, emails, reminders, and tasks so your salesperson doesn't have to. This keeps them on point and selling.

System Architecture and Automation Workflow design - I have implemented HubSpot and Salesforce and worked with them in tandem. The of the foundation of my success is the configuration of data. Consistent naming conventions and marketing data segmentation provide a clean and easy user experience and allow you to slice your data down to a granular level, so your marketing message is personal and extremely relevant. The other is to determine your personal objectives, how you want to achieve them, blend best practices and build a CRM that will help you to succeed, build reporting vehicles and dashboards that give management actionable information based on real data points and KPIs.
