Having over 4 years of experience in Customer relationship services and operations management, I was able to develop effective communication and customer service skill set. In 2019, I started working as the operations manager at Yogurberry Nigeria where I interacted with many customers on a daily basis. I grew the business and in less than 5 months of joining the company I was promoted to the Administrative Business Manager of our Nigerian branch. I was the middleman for all the branches in the country and also the contact person to our headquarters in Korea. I was responsible for recruitment and training of new staff members, resolving customers complaints in a timely manner, guiding sales, growing product knowledge for customers and staff alike.
