I've been in the BPO industry for 6 years and I've handled both American and Australian accounts. I started my BPO career way back 2008 as a Customer Service Representative for a telecommunications company based in the US and got promoted as a Quality Specialist after a year and 6 months. I've monitored calls, did coaching to agents, joined calibrations and rolled out new information or updates to agents/ staff. I've completed my Master's degree in nursing in 2015 but my faith didn't take me to that path. I have loved my BPO profession and so I've worked again as a Senior Process Associate for an Australian account wherein we've handled collections. I am very enthusiastic and passionate with what I do and always put my best foot forward. I am performance driven and very flexible. Time management also helps me with my tasks.
