I have over three years experience working as a customer service agent with a communications company, I answered inbound calls, directed the calls to different departments, assisted the sales and management teams with collecting new leads, opened and closed accounts, accepted payments. I also have almost five years working in a call center setting, taking 80+ outbound calls a day using an automatic dialer requesting donations for charities from past clients as well as new, I was able to memorize several different scripts and rebuttals, to build rapport with the customers/clients.
