I have always wanted to be a marketer and loved it since my first job, about 7 years ago.

I have been in the BPO industry for 7 years now in a US-based company. Been in customer service, order processing, and medical records department. I can easily adapt/adjust in any kind of working environment. I can work under pressure and can do multi-tasking. Able to finish the given task earlier than given deadlines. Consistent top performer employee Teaching mathematics was my first love. Skills and talent are needed to become an effective teacher. Consistent honor student since grade 1 till college. I also have some basic knowledge of web designing.

Being in the BPO industry for over 6 years now. I have an edge in regards to handling irate customers, doing daily, weekly and monthly reports. It's easy to talk and tell them what our products/business is but the sympathy and empathy that our client needs must be the top priority to obtain quality service.
