I’ve been in a BPO industry for 5 yrs and a half. My first company was Sykes Asia and I stayed there for 5 years.. I handled Outbound Account and the name of the campaign is HSBC Bank. We are offering credit card protection plan to our U. S based customers. I also handled Inbound Account and the campaign is Virgin Media. We are addressing customers inquiry about the services they have like internet connection, phone line and cable service. After Sykes Asia, I worked with Teletech as a Financial Account Representative for 6 months. I handled customers inquiry about their bank issues. After working in a BPO industry I decided to work abroad in Brunei for 5 months as a Junior Marketing Assistant. We are supplying Horeca products in hotels and restaurants. Then after that, I went back here in Manila and worked as a home based agent for more than a year now and I handled many different campaigns with different positions.
